This kite-shaped Australian teal sapphire from Queensland displays a vibrant interplay of blue and green tones, with a bright, lively presence and excellent lustre.

Beautifully cut with step facets, the stone’s distinctive geometry gives it a strong, architectural feel, making it an ideal centrepiece for a bespoke design.

As with all natural sapphires, each stone is entirely unique and cannot be replicated.

Its angular form lends itself particularly well to designs such as a trilogy ring, a toi et moi, or an asymmetric setting, where its shape and colour can be fully expressed.
