Celine | Art Deco emerald cut sapphire & diamond engagement ring

Defined by its strong geometry and refined detailing, this sapphire engagement ring is inspired by the elegance of Art Deco design, handcrafted to order in our Sydney studio in platinum with an 18k gold centre stone setting.

At its centre sits an emerald radiant cut sapphire, secured in warm-toned yellow gold claws that contrast beautifully against the cool platinum band. The original design featured a 2.39ct Australian teal sapphire, displaying rich blue-teal tones with depth and brilliance.

As with all natural sapphires, each stone is entirely unique and cannot be replicated. The design can, however, be recreated with a centre stone of your choice.

Each custom ring begins with the careful selection of a centre sapphire, sourced to align with your preferred colour, origin, size and overall aesthetic.

Four baguette cut diamonds are set into the shoulders, their clean, linear form enhancing the architectural design of the ring. A fan-shaped detail with fine milgrain sits beneath the centre stone, introducing a subtle, intricate element that reflects the craftsmanship and symmetry of Art Deco jewellery.

The interplay of platinum and gold adds depth and contrast, drawing the eye toward the centre stone while emphasising the precision of the setting.

This sapphire engagement ring is handcrafted in our Sydney studio in your choice of 14k or 18k yellow, rose or white gold, or platinum, and set with a natural sapphire or diamond selected specifically for you.

Production time and ordering

Each ring is made to order in our Sydney studio and is not available for direct online purchase. Production time is approximately 5–6 weeks from confirmation of your design. Please contact us to view available stones and begin the bespoke process.
