Lotus | Oval Australian teal sapphire and diamond cluster engagement ring

Romantic and graceful, the Lotus engagement ring centres on an oval gemstone, framed by a softly graduating diamond cluster that forms a half halo along the sides of the stone. Handcrafted to order in our Sydney studio, this design offers a refined, nature-inspired interpretation of a classic halo ring.

At its centre sits a handpicked sapphire, selected for its colour, cut and presence. The original design featured a 2.15ct oval Australian teal parti sapphire, displaying seafoam-hued green and blue tones with a luminous, shifting quality.

As with all natural sapphires, each stone is entirely unique and cannot be replicated. The design can, however, be recreated with a centre stone of your choice.

Each custom ring begins with the careful selection of a centre gemstone, sourced to align with your preferred colour, origin, size and overall aesthetic.

A cluster of natural white diamonds is arranged along the sides of the centre stone, forming a delicate half halo that enhances its shape without fully enclosing it. The graduating diamond detail adds softness and brilliance, drawing the eye inward while maintaining a light, open feel.

Beneath the sapphire, a lotus petal inspired detail is a subtle nod to the natural world and a signature element of the design that adds character to the ring.

Elegant and distinctive, Lotus balances organic inspiration with refined craftsmanship, pairing beautifully with a straight or curved wedding band, or a bespoke band designed to follow its contours.

This sapphire engagement ring is handcrafted to order in your choice of 18k yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum and set with natural gemstones.

The original design featured a 2.15ct oval Australian teal parti sapphire, complemented by graduating round brilliant cut white diamonds.

Production time and ordering

Each ring is made to order in our Sydney studio and is not available for direct online purchase. Production time is approximately 5–6 weeks from confirmation of your design.
