Defined by its distinctive centre stone and geometric diamond accents, this sapphire engagement ring features a green-teal Australian sapphire framed by trilliant cut diamonds, handcrafted in our Sydney studio in platinum or your choice of 18k yellow, rose or white gold.

Originally created as a one-off piece, this ring is set with a 2.82ct natural Australian sapphire from Rubyvale, Queensland, displaying a rich interplay of green and teal tones. The softly rounded barion cut gives the stone a refined, elongated presence, while maintaining a gentle, fluid outline. As with all natural sapphires of this nature, the centre stone is entirely unique and cannot be replicated.

A pair of natural trilliant cut diamonds is set into the shoulders, their angular form creating a striking contrast to the centre stone while enhancing its colour and depth. The composition offers a contemporary interpretation of a classic three-stone design, with a refined, architectural edge.

The sapphire measures 9.9 x 6.6mm, and the ring sits approximately 6mm off the finger, giving it a balanced yet prominent profile on the hand.

Elegant and considered, this engagement ring is designed for comfortable everyday wear and pairs beautifully with fitted wedding bands such as Mia or Ida, or a bespoke band created to complement its proportions.

The original design featured a 2.82ct natural Australian green-teal sapphire, complemented by natural trilliant diamonds, F colour and VS clarity, with a total diamond weight of 0.25ct.
