Ode | Ruby and diamond ring

A high jewellery ruby and diamond ring, handcrafted to order in our Sydney studio in your choice of 18k yellow, rose or white gold, or platinum.

Set with a handpicked natural ruby or gemstone of your choice, each ring begins with the centre stone - carefully selected for its colour, saturation and character. While the original design was created around an exceptional 2.76ct unheated oval Mozambique ruby, each piece is individually reinterpreted based on the gemstone chosen, making every ring entirely unique.

The design features an elongated centre stone set east–west for a modern, sculptural presence, offering a refined departure from traditional settings. Surrounding the centre is a seamless pavé of natural rubies, creating a continuous field of colour that enhances the depth and intensity of the stone. The pavé tapers into fine diamond accents along the band, introducing a subtle contrast that brings balance and light to the composition.

Bold yet considered, this ruby engagement ring or statement ring is designed for those drawn to colour, individuality and strong, architectural forms.

This ring is designed to be fully customised around your chosen centre stone. We can source exceptional natural rubies or alternative gemstones aligned with your preferences for colour, size and overall aesthetic, with each stone selected individually.

Materials and specifications

This gemstone ring is handcrafted in your choice of 18k yellow, rose or white gold, or platinum, and set with a natural ruby or gemstone selected specifically for you. The design features an east–west set centre stone, a pavé surround of natural rubies, and fine natural round brilliant cut white diamonds along the band.

Shown here in 18k rose gold with a certified unheated 2.76ct oval Mozambique ruby of exceptional saturation, natural round rubies totalling approximately 2.3ct, and natural round brilliant cut diamonds of F colour and VS clarity totalling approximately 0.78ct.

Production time and ordering

Each ring is made to order in our Sydney studio and is not available for direct online purchase. Production time is approximately 5–6 weeks from confirmation of your design.
