Riga | Oval parti sapphire engagement ring

Defined by its soft curves and refined proportions, this sapphire engagement ring features an oval centre stone set on a gently domed band, handcrafted to order in our Sydney studio in your choice of 18k yellow, rose or white gold, or platinum.

This design was originally created with a 1.79ct natural Australian parti sapphire, displaying a vibrant interplay of blue, green and teal tones.

As with all natural parti sapphires, each stone displays its own unique interplay of colour and cannot be replicated. The design can, however, be recreated with a centre stone of your choice.

Each custom ring begins with the careful selection of a centre stone, sourced to align with your preferred size, specifications and overall aesthetic.

The setting is designed to showcase the centre stone while maintaining a low, balanced profile. A softly domed band adds a subtle sculptural quality, offering both elegance and durability for everyday wear.

Simple and considered, this engagement ring pairs beautifully with both straight and fitted wedding bands, or a bespoke band created to complement its proportions.

Customising your sapphire engagement ring

This design can be custom made with a centre gemstone of your choice, including sapphires, natural or lab grown diamonds, spinel, emerald, ruby, tanzanite, morganite, aquamarine and other gemstones, in 18k yellow, rose or white gold, or platinum. Band width and proportions can also be adjusted to suit your preference.

Production time and ordering

Each ring is made to order in our Sydney studio. Production time is approximately 5 weeks from confirmation of your design.
