Vintage-inspired and intricately detailed, this diamond engagement ring centres on a marquise rose cut salt and pepper diamond, surrounded by a double halo of white diamonds. This ring is handcrafted to order in our Sydney studio in your choice of rose, yellow or white gold, or platinum.

At its centre sits a distinctive marquise cut salt and pepper diamond, selected for its unique character and celestial, galaxy-like inclusions. The original design featured a 1.45ct natural rose cut salt and pepper diamond, with soft translucency and organic patterning that gives the stone its own individuality.

A double halo of natural white diamonds frames the centre stone, with a combination of marquise and round brilliant cuts arranged in a graduating pattern. This layered halo creates a soft, vintage-inspired silhouette, enhancing the elongated shape of the centre diamond while adding depth and sparkle.

A delicate wire gallery beneath the setting introduces an additional level of craftsmanship and refinement, allowing light to pass through the stones while reinforcing the ring’s antique-inspired character.

As with all natural diamonds of this kind, each centre stone is entirely unique and cannot be replicated. The design can, however, be recreated with a salt and pepper diamond, a sapphire, a white diamond, or another centre stone of your choice, sourced to align with your preferred size, tone, and overall aesthetic.

This design can be custom made with a centre gemstone of your choice, including salt and pepper diamonds, sapphires, natural white, coloured or black diamonds, lab grown diamonds and other gemstones, in 18k yellow, rose or white gold, or platinum.
